What a busy week followed by yet another busy week!

Today we watched Cowspiracy.  I will attach the link to youtube if you want to watch some of it this week.  There are some interesting issues raised that might help you with your Enviro Policy planning for Utopia.  We will pass on the source analysis but I will post the assignment in D2L in case you want to mull it over.

This needs to be a big study/Utopia weekend.  Please keep pushing forward in your groups and moving the project forward.  If you are booked to study this weekend, do your best to stick on schedule.

Remember to bring everything that you need for your Utopia build time on Monday/Tuesday.

Farewell is on Thursday evening...in case you forgot :)

Please get your Math homework done & look ahead into the rest of the inequalities unit to see where we are heading.  It is short & sweet...hope to be finished the unit by the end of next week.

Here are things that need to be worked on:

1.  Science Topic 4 jot notes...please get these done if they are not already done so

2.  Topic 6 Science online simulations...please finish this assignment using the links on our blog

4.  Study prep for your Science Electricity final assessment on May 17th (may switch to May 18th but plan for the 17th)

5.  Create a study schedule!!  Today, students received a May & June calendar with school events listed on it.

b) next add your homework time

c) next add your study time to the calendar...what time are you going to study, how long and what will you be studying (ex:  20 minutes Topic 2 Biodiversity narrow vs broad niche organisms)

d) please share your study plan with your adults at home

6. Tighten up your labs (Resistance Roadblock & Series/Parallel)...these should be in your journal when I start to collect them in)

7. Organize your journals!!!!!  Sort through all your loose papers and get them filed into the appropriate journal/binder.
